DISCLAIMER: All our items are secondhand & loved; therefore they may show small signs of wear that do not warrant return, we will always note visible flaws in the description.
  • Elydia Rose accepts returns within 14 days of purchase this will be at own cost to the buyer. 
  • In the event you would like to return contact customerservices@elydiarose.co.uk 
  • This request must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
  • If your return request has been accepted you will have within 14 days to send the item tracked delivery.
  • You must ship the item(s) back to Elydia Rose return address within 14 days using tracked shipping at your own cost. Once the item has arrived back and checked. Allow 7-14 days to process your return.
  • Returns & Exchanges not authorised will not be accepted.
